• Lead and supervise 20-25 hourly employees in a non-union assembly and finishing operation
• Track and analyze KPIs and key metrics to drive production goals and operational efficiencies
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training
• Champion continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed production targets
• Ensure a safe, productive, and well-organized work environment on 2nd shift Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to leverage KPIs and metrics-driven methodologies to optimize performance
