- $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Safety protocol adherence Food processing plant experience Packing Process optimization Safety regulations Packaging Training & development Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at Cleveland Tofu.
- Work as part of a small team completing the various stages of production, packaging, cleaning, organizing and setup
- Provide support wherever needed
- Handle maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
- Track product temps during cooling and packing
- Hiring and firing employees
- Employee training
- Other job duties as necessary Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production/manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of lifting and handling 60+ pounds without assistance throughout the day
- Ability to understand, follow and convey safety requirements
- Excellent hygiene practices
- Highly organized
