• Cleveland, Ohio (Wayside Area) About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Wayside facility near Cleveland.

You'll own the floor — coaching operators, driving safety, managing shift handoffs, and keeping production running at peak performance. As our team grows, so does your scope and your paycheck. Your Schedule Tuesday through Friday, approximately 6:00 AM

• 4:30/5:00 PM 4×10 schedule — enjoy a 3-day weekend every week Occasional weekend startup coverage (1-2 hours as needed) Minimal overtime What You'll Do Directly supervise and motivate a production team of 18 employees Lead and enforce safety programs including LOTO, confined space entry, and line breaking Manage shift handoffs and maintain production continuity Track production metrics, process SAP transactions, and maintain accurate records Conduct incident investigations and drive corrective actions Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable to performance standards Coordinate with maintenance to resolve equipment issues quickly Back up supervision of shipping and warehouse operations as needed Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives

What We're Looking For Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment 1-2 years of supervisory experience Strong leadership presence with a culture-first mindset High School Diploma or GED Ability to wear a respirator when required (must be clean shaven during use) Flexibility to occasionally work weekends, holidays, or adjusted schedules as business demands Nice to

Chemical manufacturing experience SAP proficiency

ISO 9001 / RC14001
