This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage a crew while actively participating in installations. Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC mechanics and installers on new construction projects Perform hands-on installation of commercial HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Complete fabrication takeoffs and material orders Coordinate workflow to keep projects on schedule Ensure safety standards and quality workmanship are maintained Equipment & Systems Experience Required Rooftop Units (RTUs) Make-Up Air Units (MUAs) Air Handlers Ductless Split Systems Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs) Furnaces Condensers Boilers Sheet metal fabrication and installation Qualifications Previous experience as an HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer Strong commercial new construction background Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience completing fabrication takeoffs Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time Pay & Benefits $37 - $40 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, steady work Opportunity for long-term employment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today .
