Ensure first-article and in-process inspections meet dimensional requirements. Assist operators with mechanical, thermal, and process-related troubleshooting. Help adjust furnace conditions, shot-end parameters, and extraction equipment. Assist with tooling changes and die setups as needed. Identify production bottlenecks and help implement solutions. Direct aluminum or zinc high-pressure die-casting experience is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of die-casting machine cycles, furnaces, trim presses, dies, and secondary operations. Ability to read basic blueprints and understand dimensional requirements. Experience assisting with tooling changes and die setups. Strong mechanical and manufacturing troubleshooting ability. Technical school, trade certification, or college coursework is a plus. Must be willing to work Saturdays and additional hours when production requires it. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader who understands manufacturing operations and is not afraid to step onto the floor to support the team.
