About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will drive operational excellence by leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced filling and packaging environment. You will be instrumental in optimizing production workflows, ensuring rigorous quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Direct daily production activities to ensure shift targets are achieved with high consistency and precision. Mentor and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and operational best practices. Manage production documentation and inventory data accurately within ERP systems like SAP. Conduct thorough quality inspections, including torque, weight, and appearance checks, to maintain product integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution and equipment changeovers. Lead root-cause analysis investigations for production deviations to implement effective corrective actions. Champion a safe work environment by strictly enforcing OSHA and cGMP compliance standards. Qualifications Required Skills 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or supervisory capacity. Proficiency with ERP systems, HMI interfaces, and production documentation. Strong understanding of FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety regulations, and SOPs. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Proven track record in troubleshooting mechanical issues and optimizing line performance. Preferred Skills Experience with high-speed filling, labeling, and packaging machinery. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse production teams. Strong analytical skills for scrap reduction and process efficiency improvements. Prior experience in regulated industries such as personal care or cosmetics.
