Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Third Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the smooth, efficient, safe, and on-spec production of quality products. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate line processes, and manage a team of production workers. Duties Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee assembly line operations, ensuring timely completion of production schedules. Proactively advise Production Manager of significant constraints, safety or personnel issues. Assist with job setups and strive to reduce setup time. Manage issues that prevent the achievement of the daily production plan (ie: equipment, tooling, material, routers, specs, etc.) Determine root causes of problems and take corrective action. Lead, motivate, train and cross-train team members to maximize efficiency and maintain high performance levels. Ensure supplies are available to prevent downtime. Perform employee evaluations and administer discipline as required. Requirements Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on supervision Familiarity with factory safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities in a firm, fair and consistent manner. Ability to lead and motivate teams Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience with manufacturing or assembly processes is preferred Must posess a high school diploma for G.E.D.

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
