Job Summary:

Implement and monitor daily production and plant flow

Primary Functions:

Trains employees on policy, procedures, equipment operation, and plant safety Monitor all aspects of production activities including but not limited to efficiencies, attitude, and attendance Assures constant and efficient workflow through organized planning of priorities, capabilities, and capacities Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department Documents and reports production and personnel data as required Communicate information from off shift press operators when necessary

Requirements/Training:

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience with strong leadership skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 3 years manufacturing experience with Rubber, Plastic, Silicone Forklift operator license Must follow any other reasonable instructions provided by their supervisor as this job description may not be all inclusive Must function in the best interest of the organization as a whole in order to promote an effective team-oriented environment We offer paid holidays

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. from the floor Able to drive and operate a forklift Must be able to work overtime as needed
