Job Description

Join Our Team as a Production Worker Are you ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your contributions make a real impact? We're looking for a Production Worker to join our growing team and help us deliver top-quality products. What You'll Do Set up and operate production machinery Mix and prepare compounds for manufacturing Monitor coating heads and ensure smooth operation Inspect materials for quality and defects Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams Take on additional plant tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Positive work history and strong work ethic Manufacturing experience preferred (but not required!) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
