Perform the following duties and responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the supervision of safety, quality, and productivity of the Production Department. Responsibilities 1. Delegate and assist on assignments to Production workers on a daily basis. 2. Inspect progress of workers' assignments daily 3. Training of department personnel. 4. Ensure Production workers perform inspections for each order, in accordance with quality control standards and order requirements. 5. Ensure complete and accurate documentation on appropriate paperwork as required. 6. Ensure production equipment set ups are completed as required. 7. Report equipment malfunctions to appropriate individuals, and complete minor repairs as needed. 8. Ensure materials required for each order are available and properly prepared. 9. Complete understanding of operations of department equipment and processes. 10. Manage personnel related matters of staff workers as needed. 11. Ensure cleanliness of equipment and department areas and grounds. 12. Perform other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain an effective department through training, motivation, and review of department employees. 2. Direct and supervise all department employees to ensure goals for safety, quality, and productivity are achieved.
