Responsibilities Communicate daily goals and shortages in work force or materials Delegate work at daily production meetings Support production with work as needed Develop and maintain employee relationships Train employees to perform work duties safely and efficiently Complete production paperwork and submit reports Requirements Lead/Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent communication skills Great attention to detail.
