Production Supervisor

Transglobal Door in Upper Sandusky, Ohio is searching for a reliable Production Supervisor. This position is on 1st shift

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor production staff on proper assembly, fabrication, and use of precision measuring instruments
• Oversee materials handling and inventory management to ensure efficient workflow
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production issues or delays
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
• Jump in to help if short staffed

Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Familiarity with manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00

• $60,000.
