Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A community health center pharmacy in Upper Sandusky, OH, is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist for vacation coverage from Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a well-managed pharmacy serving its community with quality care.

Location:

Upper Sandusky, OH (Marion is approximately 1 hour north of Columbus)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00

PM Responsibilities:

Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including dispensing, counseling, and medication management Collaborate with a strong pharmacy technician team Utilize the Rx30 system (experience preferred but not required) Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

Current Ohio pharmacist license required Retail pharmacy experience required Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or 340B setting highly preferred but not mandatory
