CNC Supervisor - Direct Hire

Take your CNC career to the next level on 1st shift in Youngstown, OH, where you ll do more than just program-you ll shape how parts are made.

Job Requirements:

Program and set up CNC mills using Mastercam, optimizing toolpaths and machining efficiency Troubleshoot machining issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure consistent production quality Lead and coordinate a team of 2-5 CNC operators while scheduling equipment and workflow Interpret complex blueprints, design fixtures, and estimate time/materials for new jobs Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while maintaining ISO and safety standards Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM $45,000-$65,000/year (based on experience)
