Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Bottling Line Supervisor to lead daily packaging operations in a fast-growing nutraceutical manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a regulated environment and can effectively lead a bilingual production team . Schedule Monday
- Friday 6:00 AM
- 3:00 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs What You'll Do Supervise daily bottling and packaging operations (counting, filling, capping, labeling) Lead, train, and coach bottling line operators and leads Communicate clearly with team members in English and Spanish Ensure compliance with cGMP , SOPs, and batch documentation Meet production schedules while improving efficiency and reducing downtime Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams Verify line clearance, setups, changeovers, and documentation accuracy Promote safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement on the floor What We're Looking For 3+ years in manufacturing or packaging (nutraceutical, food, pharma preferred) 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)•required Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulated manufacturing environments Experience with automated bottling or packaging equipment Ability to read, complete, and review batch records Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with
FDA 21 CFR
Part 111 Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay:
$21
