Weekend Manufacturing Team Supervisor Quality Machine & Fab Tulsa, OK Job Details $32 - $38 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Mid-level Leadership Communication skills Full Job Description $32-$38/hr | Direct Hire | Weekend Shift We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee weekend production for a busy sheet metal manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows manufacturing, can lead by example, and is comfortable making decisions on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and a strong understanding of fabrication processes, employee performance, safety, and production scheduling. What You'll Be Responsible For Direct weekend production activities and coordinate daily assignments Lead and support employees throughout the production shift Monitor workflow and make adjustments to keep production on schedule Provide hands-on support when production challenges arise Enforce company safety procedures and quality expectations Track team performance, attendance, productivity, and safety Coach employees and assist with training and cross-training Identify production bottlenecks and help implement solutions Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement Coordinate with maintenance and scheduling teams to minimize downtime Communicate production updates and concerns to management Help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time What We're Looking For Previous supervisor, lead, or team leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication Strong knowledge of sheet metal production processes Experience with laser cutting, press brakes, welding, and robotic welding Understanding of manufacturing quality and safety practices Strong communication and decision-making abilities Ability to troubleshoot production issues and keep employees focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment Experience with Infor ERP, AS400, Controlled Warehouse Systems, or Paycor is a plus Ability to motivate, train, and hold team members accountable What We Offer $32-$38 per hour Direct-hire opportunity Stable, long-term employment Climate-controlled manufacturing facility Opportunities for advancement Professional growth opportunities Team-oriented work environment
