Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Lead to oversee daily operations within our assembly line. This role is responsible for coordinating team members, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise assembly line team members to meet production goals Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency and accuracy Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance, logistics) to improve processes Track and report production metrics, downtime, and performance Support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or technical degree preferred) 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, production systems) Hydro Testing Experience preferred
Pay:
$31.00 - $35.00 per hour
