Noon Primary Purpose:
1. To provide strategic support to production & office staff through organization, staging, providing accurate paperwork and product identification.
Primary Duties:
1. This position will ensure that all incoming and outgoing product are identified and systematically tracked while providing exceptional customer service and production support.
PPE Required:
1. Eye Protection. 2. Ear Protection. 3. Gloves. 4. Work Boots (required). 5. Safety Vests (orange).
Shipping Job Description Reports to:
Shop Floor Supervisor Ensure that all incoming jobs are tagged and inventoried with location. Move finished goods to packaging areas for shipping as needed. Receive, organize, and process all incoming shipments and/or orders. Maintain the lot area. Continually improve all processes within the job scope. Review the daily schedule and work orders each morning. Deliver all

paperwork to the office. Keep propane bottles filled for forklift. Greet customers as necessary and offer assistance when applicable. Assist customers with loading and/or off-loading product. Complete Daily Housekeeping. 12. Safely move and transport finishes and incoming parts using safe travel practices by strapping/banding parts. 13. Report all unsafe acts or hazards. 14. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality. 15. Document reject W/O's as needed. 16. Report all rejects to Shop Floor Supervisor. 17. Kick back any defects that will cause a product to be rejected per our quality standards. 18. Work with prep department to return hooks/tools as needed. 19. Verify the accuracy and completeness of the production paperwork (ref:
CPC-00-015
). 20. Complete Package & Inspection Monthly Check List (CPC-MT-004) a. Communicate any problems or production issues with the Shop Floor Supervisor as they arise throughout the day. b. Report any unsafe acts or hazards.
Position Prerequisites:
Forklift Training LOTO Training Understanding of Work Flow Process Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift 35lbs.
