POSITION SUMMARY
PrideStaff, a staffing company in Bend, OR is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide day-to-day operational leadership and work direction for the manufacturing and fulfillment of precision electronic instrumentation and sensor components. This role serves as the central operational point of contact between Sales, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, Receiving, and suppliers to ensure these specialized meters and technical devices are produced accurately and delivered on time.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily operations, workflow, and material flow across production, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and purchasing support. Ensure product quality, equipment readiness, operator performance, and work area organization are maintained to established standards. Provide leadership, work direction, training, and cross-training to staff while enforcing quality, safety, and shop floor organization standards. Own and execute the production schedule based on material availability, sales forecasts, capacity, and open customer order demands. Serve as the central operational contact between Sales, Production, Shipping, Receiving, and suppliers to align order priorities and commitments. Track operational metrics, monitor order volumes, identify schedule or shipment risks, and implement proactive corrective actions. Support purchasing activities, manage purchase orders, track supplier timelines, build BOMs/MRP data, and plan for long-lead components. Work proactively with suppliers to plan, manage, and expedite materials to support inventory levels and eliminate production stockout risks. Oversee inventory accuracy across all locations, supporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and the implementation of Kanban systems. Coordinate shipping and receiving staging and packing schedules, providing hands-on backup support during peak periods or absences. Manage facility and equipment maintenance needs, including preventive maintenance schedules. Drive continuous improvement activities related to scheduling, material flow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. Ensure full compliance with company business ethics, policies, and integrated management systems, including quality and environmental guidelines. Maintain regular, on-time, on-site attendance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field. 7+ years of experience managing operations or manufacturing plants. Full-time position with hours of work from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Proven ability to manage work assignments through prioritization, time management, and keeping work moving forward without repeated prompting.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
