UCT is looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join us in Hillsboro, OR! The Production Supervisor leads day-to-day operations within an Advanced Technology Cleaning Center (ATCC), supervising technicians performing ultra-high purity cleaning, coating, inspection, and handling of semiconductor tool chamber parts. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient execution of chemical and mechanical cleaning processes to meet customer quality specifications and turnaround time commitments. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role , with the majority of time spent in cleanroom and chemical processing environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise technicians performing parts cleaning, chemical processing, coating, inspection, and packaging operations. Lead daily shift execution to meet turnaround time (TAT), quality, and throughput goals .
