2997558927-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our manufacturing site. In this role, you will oversee production teams, coordinate schedules and resources, and ensure products are manufactured safely, on time, and to quality standards. You will drive a strong safety culture, support continuous improvement, and monitor KPIs to optimize throughput and reduce downtime. The Production Supervisor also trains and coaches employees, partners with maintenance and quality teams, and helps implement sustainable, efficient processes that support our customers and long-term business goals. Responsibilities Lead and supervise production team members on shift Plan and coordinate daily production schedules and resources Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements Monitor product quality and coordinate with quality assurance Track and analyze production KPIs to improve efficiency Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime Train, coach, and develop operators and lead hands Enforce company policies and promote a culture of accountability Support implementation of sustainable and cost-effective processes Required Skills Production planning Manufacturing operations Safety management Quality control Lean manufacturing Equipment troubleshooting coordination Performance metrics/KPI tracking Team leadership and coaching Root cause analysis Process improvement
