•75K/year Job Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading production teams in a continuous-operation manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while ensuring production goals are met. The supervisor leads by example, coaches employees, and drives continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Safety Lead and manage hourly employees with a strong focus on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) Promote and enforce safe work practices and company policies Coach, counsel, and resolve employee issues; spend 25-50% of time engaging with production employees Production & Performance Monitor production performance and take corrective action to meet goals Ensure production targets for output, safety, quality, and on-time delivery are met Maintain accurate production and quality records for assigned shift and area Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Identify and resolve problems at the root cause level Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, product flow, and TPM Operations & Planning Plan and manage daily operations, including scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime Communicate priorities and expectations with internal teams and customers Support customer satisfaction through consistent quality and delivery Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or facilities environment Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree Supervisory experience in a union environment Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills Experience with continuous improvement methods Results-driven and data-focused mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook #LP
