This role is responsible for safety, quality, production performance, employee development, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead production teams while ensuring EHS, quality, and productivity standards. Coach employees and drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, standardized work, and continuous improvement . Monitor production metrics, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause corrective actions. Manage crew assignments, scheduling, overtime, and production flow. Maintain production and quality records and ensure operational targets are achieved. Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to meet plant goals. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required. 3+ years of manufacturing, industrial, farming, or military experience. At least 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience . Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with continuous improvement preferred. Unionized environment experience is a plus. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available .
