Job Description

Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, develop employees, and help drive productivity, quality, and safety. If you're a hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a team and keep production moving, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Lead and supervise production employees across assigned departments and shifts Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance Monitor production goals, efficiency, quality, inventory, and department costs Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively Hold employees accountable while creating a positive, productive work environment Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Work closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running smoothly Assist with material movement and forklift operation when needed Maintain production records and complete required reports What We're Looking For 3-5 years of manufacturing experience 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience coaching, training, and evaluating employees Solid understanding of manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO Knowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, TPM, and preventative maintenance Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines Ability to successfully complete forklift certification Post-high school education required Why This Opportunity? $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
