Requirements At least five years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience
CNC programming, setup, operation, and machining experience
Experience operating CNC lathes
Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills
Ability to spend approximately two-thirds of the shift on the shop floor
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software
Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to complete production logs and reports accurately
Commitment to workplace safety and quality Job Duties Set up and operate CNC lathe production cycles
Perform turning, drilling, bar-feeding, and live-tooling operations
Work with Hyundai, Mori, Yugi, and Haas equipment
Oversee daily department workflow
Prioritize shop orders to meet production schedules
Manage employee performance and conduct evaluations
Train and onboard new employees
Coach team members and support skill development
Coordinate with manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly departments
Resolve production and personnel issues
Maintain clean, safe, and organized machines and work areas
Identify and implement process improvements
