Job Summary Keep production running in a safe, quality driven and efficient manner. Supervise performance & safety of operators, and material handlers. Shift hours are Monday Thru Friday 3pm - 11pm. Duties Plant safety & Housekeeping Product Quality Ensure Co-Workers understand their job duties. Meet production targets Verify part counts Verify & record part quality Initiate immediate action to correct out of spec parts. Organize and complete all paperwork for each job. Review other documentation with other Supervisors. Provide backup assistance as required. Report machine issues. Relieve Co-Workers during scheduled breaks. Be prepared to work alternate shifts in the event of a Co-Worker call off. Experience Good Verbal, Written and civil communications with Operations Manager & Maintenance. Treat Co-Workers with respect & fairness. General technical knowledge of equipment. Able to read and understand instructions, control plans.
