This is a first-shift position with no weekend work, where you will oversee precsion MIG and TIG welding operations to ensure procedures and practices meet required codes while training and developing new team members. This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder ready to step into a supervisory role. This position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $62,000 per year, plus straight-time overtime for any hours worked beyond 40 per week, an annual profit-sharing bonus and excellent benefits including low-cost medical insurance and a 401(k) with annual company deposit.
