We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who enjoys developing people, solving problems on the shop floor, and creating a culture of accountability. What You'll Do As Production Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of our CNC and general machining departments by: Supervising machinists, machine operators, and lead personnel Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to improve performance Holding employees accountable for productivity, attendance, quality, and safety Ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements Working closely with Production Planning and other departments to resolve scheduling issues Ensuring tooling, gages, equipment, and documentation are available and maintained Conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing coaching and feedback Promoting a safe work environment through training and enforcement of safety procedures Communicating effectively between shifts to ensure smooth production transitions What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading from the floor—not the office.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a machine shop environment Strong understanding of CNC machining operations 1-2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable Experience improving productivity and manufacturing processes Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple production demands in a fast-paced environment Preferred Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience Experience with performance management and employee development Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Why B&G Manufacturing?
