This is a direct hire role meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!

Description:
Lead a skilled manufacturing team responsible for building complex wet-process systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Ensure safe, high-quality production while meeting delivery schedules and improving team performance in a clean, precision-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support manufacturing technicians. Prioritize work orders and adjust staffing to maintain production schedules. Balance workflow and monitor critical parts and assemblies through production. Enforce quality, safety, ISO, training, calibration, and preventive-maintenance requirements. Partner with Lean teams on continuous-improvement initiatives, including 5S and Six Sigma. Track and communicate production metrics through reports and shop-floor reviews. Manage material transactions and inventory accuracy in SAP. Promote accountability, safety, teamwork, and technical excellence. Required Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in an ISO-regulated environment preferred. Background in high-precision product assembly. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to interpret schematics, bills of materials, routing documents, and mechanical drawings. SAP experience preferred; MRP knowledge required. Ability to work in a cleanroom and lift up to 30 pounds. Regular on-site presence required. Preferred Experience Semiconductor equipment manufacturing. Vacuum equipment assembly. Lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement practices.
