The Production Supervisor will leverage leadership skills, operational experience, and effective communication to identify and implement improvement opportunities in people, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance targets. Manage staffing levels, labor utilization, and departmental budgets to support plant objectives. Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure quality standards and operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools, including SPC and DMAIC methodologies. Monitor performance metrics, enforce safety and standard work practices, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve results.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities; 3+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred. Experience in Lean manufacturing environments with a focus on continuous improvement and high-performance teams. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills; Six Sigma training/certification is a plus. Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations for authorized access to controlled data.
