Responsibilities:

• Direct daily production activities to keep manufacturing output on track with safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Guide, support, and hold production employees accountable while building a collaborative and performance-focused team culture.
• Organize labor coverage, assign work, and adjust schedules to meet changing production priorities.
• Review operating results, identify disruptions or inefficiencies, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Reinforce compliance with plant safety practices, work instructions, and established manufacturing procedures.
• Work closely with quality, maintenance, engineering, and warehouse teams to address operational issues and maintain steady workflow.
• Evaluate key performance indicators such as throughput, scrap, downtime, and efficiency to improve overall production results.
• Lead training, performance feedback, and day-to-day supervision to support employee growth and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate performance updates, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to reduce waste, improve workflow, and strengthen plant performance.
