The Opportunity As our Product Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence of our rapidly growing robotics business. You will own the end-to-end production lifecycle—from inventory and quality control to logistics, warehouse operations, and process optimization—ensuring that every product is delivered efficiently, accurately, and at the highest standard. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Commercial teams, you will build scalable processes, improve operational performance, and help shape the future of how robotic automation solutions are manufactured and delivered. What Your Days Will Look Like:
Lead and develop production operations and manufacturing staff. Manage inventory, stockroom operations, and robot/spare parts tracking. Oversee quality control standards and continuous process improvements. Coordinate production workflows, work orders, audits, and operational documentation. Manage end-to-end shipping, logistics, and fulfillment processes. Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams to support product delivery and integration. Track production performance metrics and drive operational efficiency. Safely operate warehouse equipment and support day-to-day warehouse activities. Job Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field 5+ years of production, operations or manufacturing experience required People management experience required Background in robotics, automation or industrial equipment a plus MISYS or BOM management experience preferred Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong time management and attention to detail
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
