Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for daily supervision of a maximum of 15 clients during work hours, excluding lunchtime.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
- Assist clients in skill development and implementation of work goals that are specified in the individual assessments.
- Attend ISP Update Meetings.
- Supply clients with materials and fixtures as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Maintains a well-organized, clean and safe work station.
- Responsible for the implementation of all Quality Control procedures.
- Responsible for the organization and productivity for his/her assigned work station.
- Maintains accurate records for client attendance and production via table slips and computer data.
