What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized material‑clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations. Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting. 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
