Job Description We have a client in New Kensington, PA that is searching for a supervisor/foreman to add to their production team. Start up and shutdown Plant Start up and shutdown Presses Communication with adjacent shift crew leader and foreman, and production scheduler and plant manager to gain knowledge of scheduled mold changes, machine startups, machine run priorities and quality issues that may be pending Coordinates resources (crew leaders, mold setters, material handlers) to meet production goals and quality expectations while expediting workflow and the control of production downtime Maintain documentation of process parameters of production molds and the equipment associated with a production order Communicates with Quality department on quality issues Corrects quality issues when brought up by operator, crew leader, quality technician or quality inspector Investigates, corrects and implements actions to prevent recurrences of product discrepancies Provide documentation for Tool and Equipment repair to Plant Manager The job responsibilities listed are the essential functions of the position; management reserves the right to assign other tasks as necessary to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

Press/Mold knowledge General computer knowledge Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Able to work with minimal supervision. Must be available to work mandatory overtime on weekends. Must be willing to work voluntary overtime occasionally. Must be willing to come in early and/or stay over to support vacation/call-off coverage. Available to work , 4p-12:30a. Must be available for training on 8-4:30 shift. Able to lift 50lbs.
