Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production team and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of production while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Lead, train, and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve performance targets. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and employee performance. Address any issues or concerns raised by team members promptly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or similar position. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members at all levels. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for tracking production metrics. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
