Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all manufacturing operations and provide operators/technicians with direction and priority on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete production plan Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime Work in conjunction with planner to allocate and schedule resources to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and throughput Ability to start up and shutdown entire physical plant Responsible for coaching, training, and disciplining employees Maintain safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

Technical Degree and 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing Experience with Injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming preferred Proven leadership ability Please include personal e-mail when applying.
