Primary responsibility consists of maintaining a highly productive workflow while minimizing unnecessary interruptions or delays, including scheduling hourly employees and operations while providing information, support, materials, and equipment necessary to fulfill customer orders. This must be accomplished while enforcing safety, quality, and organization throughout the work environment.
Essential Functions of the job:
Creating and assigning work orders. Oversee a group of 25-30 production workers. Schedule, direct, and instruct employees to maintain maximum production. Train, supervise, and otherwise manage hourly employees in the department. Provide information, instructions, and support to employees related to the tasks expected. Monitor production payroll. Perform audits and enforce written procedures to ensure the highest quality of production. Monitor inventory levels to ensure quantity of raw materials are available to complete production orders. Instruct employees and enforce Company policies to maintain organization and cleanliness in the department to provide a safe work environment. Job:
5-10 years' experience in a production facility as a manager or similar role in a manufacturing/production environment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Strong Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Great communication and leadership skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Good organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
