Position Title:
Corrugator Production Supervisor Category/Shift :
Salaried Full-Time. 3rd Shift - Midnight to 8am
Pay Rate :
$69,500 - $92,600 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.
Physical Location :
Reading Box Plant 100 N Grace Street Reading, PA 19611
The Job You Will Perform:
Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program. Ensure Safety is the first priority of all employees. Lead all employee in all company safety inititives, foster a safe work environment and enforce and support safety policies and rules. Responsible for the overall productivity of the facility. Responsible for maintaining department supplies. Responsible for monitoring, following, correcting plant waste. Analyzes, organizes, coordinates, and reports on activities within the department. Responsible for weekly and monthly safety meetings and tours. Responsible for correct machine production reporting. Knowledge of printing inks/color management. Responsible for industry and DS Smith specifications on all products. Ability to problem solve and rectify issues. Maintain close, positive working relationships with other supervisors, maintenance, accounting and scheduling department. Manages/Coaches crew to insure productivity, quality, and maintenance goals are made.
