The Role:

Lead and develop a team of production employees Oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs and efficiency Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement Make quick decisions during breakdowns, quality issues and production changes Work closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running efficiently 2-2-3 rotating night shift pattern (7pm-7am)

The Person:

High-speed manufacturing background Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Hands-on approach with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement Experience with metal packaging or similar manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
