Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient workflow, and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will drive quality, safety, and productivity across the plant, supporting our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily schedules and quality standards Implement production management systems and utilize ERP platforms like SAP and MRP for planning and tracking Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean management, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize efficiency Monitor production scheduling, supply chain logistics, and inventory levels to ensure seamless operations Foster cross-functional communication among teams such as assembly, quality control, and supply chain management Enforce safety protocols, maintain compliance with quality standards, and conduct regular plant inspectionsExperience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead teams with effective team leadership and cross-functional communication skills Expertise in process improvement techniques such Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, supply chain management, and quality control processes Prior experience with production management roles is highly desirable
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
