| Plant Supervisor Southwestern New Jersey | Frozen Food Manufacturing A growing frozen bakery manufacturer in Southwestern New Jersey is looking to add a Plant Supervisor to their leadership team. This is a highly visible role overseeing 50-70 direct reports. The company is seeking a hands-on leader who can drive production, accountability, and performance in a fast-paced frozen food manufacturing environment. 💥 Opportunity Highlights
