Manufacturing Supervisor - Day Shift Full-Time | Permanent Direct Hire | Day Shift | Excellent Benefits We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for a full-time, permanent day-shift opportunity. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows how to keep production moving, hold employees accountable, solve problems quickly, and build a team that takes pride in safety, quality, and results. You will spend the majority of your time on the production floor coaching employees, directing workflow, addressing problems, and ensuring the operation performs at a high level. Pay & Benefits This position offers a strong compensation and benefits package, which may include: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Quarterly bonus program Transportation reimbursement program Subsidized childcare 13 days of PTO starting your first year 7 paid holidays 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Medical coverage — 100% of employee coverage paid (criteria apply) Vision and dental insurance On-site fitness facility Full-time, permanent direct-hire opportunity Day-shift schedule What You'll Do Lead daily production activities across your assigned area Direct, coach, and motivate production employees Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, safety, quality, and workplace expectations Execute daily production schedules and ensure goals are achieved Monitor staffing and labor efficiency throughout the shift Identify production problems early and take action to keep operations moving Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, and other departments to minimize downtime Monitor material usage and help reduce waste and production variances Ensure employees follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and established work practices Address unsafe behaviors or conditions immediately Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready production areas Support employee onboarding, training, and development Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, equipment uptime, and overall efficiency Track production performance and communicate results to management What We're Looking For We want a supervisor who can lead from the floor, make decisions, and earn the respect of the team.

Qualified candidates should have:

3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience Experience leading production employees in an industrial or manufacturing environment (PSA, Film, Laminates) Strong understanding of production operations and workflow Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, labor efficiency, uptime, or operational performance Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to coach employees and address performance issues when necessary Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment High standards for safety, quality, organization, and execution What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Production goals are consistently achieved Downtime is identified and addressed quickly Employees understand expectations and are held accountable Safety standards are never compromised Labor and materials are used efficiently Production areas remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready The team continues to improve performance Ready to Lead from the Floor?
