Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing) Weekly Pay | Immediate Interviews | Leadership Opportunity Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader looking to make an impact? Join a growing team producing advanced thermal management products used in aerospace, defense, medical, HVAC, and other critical industries. This is your chance to lead a 2nd shift operation, develop employees, and help drive production excellence in a modern manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (4-Day Work Week) Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 employees across machining, assembly, welding, and fabrication operations. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of production team members. Provide hands-on support with assembly, fabrication, testing, brazing, and soldering as needed. Oversee product quality through inspections and ensure compliance with customer and manufacturing standards. Troubleshoot production issues, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Maintain production documentation, material tracking, and payroll approvals. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while meeting production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience with machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, or related manufacturing processes. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and employee development skills. Ability to read and manage production documentation, inspections, and quality requirements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
