Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (4-Day Work Week) Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 employees across machining, assembly, welding, and fabrication operations. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of production team members. Provide hands-on support with assembly, fabrication, testing, brazing, and soldering as needed. Oversee product quality through inspections and ensure compliance with customer and manufacturing standards. Troubleshoot production issues, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Maintain production documentation, material tracking, and payroll approvals. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while meeting production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience with machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, or related manufacturing processes. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and employee development skills. Ability to read and manage production documentation, inspections, and quality requirements.
