Job Description
Production Lead - Manufacturing We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Lead to help guide daily production operations and keep the team working safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or food production experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. What You'll Do Lead and support production employees throughout the shift Assign team members to work areas based on production needs Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and safety Train and guide new and existing employees Ensure GMP, sanitation, food safety, and company procedures are followed Monitor attendance and workplace expectations Communicate staffing, production, and equipment concerns to management Maintain production and training documentation Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-processing experience preferred Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment GMP and food safety knowledge is a plus Basic computer and documentation skills Bilingual skills are a plus Dependable and comfortable taking initiative Work Environment Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment of approximately 35°F-45°F Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable working in a cold, wet, and fast-paced production environment Must wear required PPE and cold-weather clothing Overtime and weekend availability may be required Ready to take the next step in your production career?
