Promotes Change Management positively and supports the Columbia Plant Vision. Support quality initiatives and assist in determining the root cause of non-conforming issues. Support Safety and act as Safety Champion. Ensure safe guidelines and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are used within the plant. Must use computer systems and programs. Maintains all certifications required for group(s) and completes all required training. Must be able to operate PIT's (Powered Industrial Trucks) forklifts, water spiders and TSP as required/needed. - (only for Warehouse Performs other duties as required and often in other groups. Will train others as needed. Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous team leader experience preferred. Additional Notes
• The department requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), plus Safety shoes and safety glasses must be worn on the production floor.
• Work is performed in a Manufacturing Environment. The job will be performed standing and/or squatting. Requires ability to reach overhead, pull, push, and climb a ladder to perform work.
• Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds repetitively.
