$20.00•$22.00 per hour

Gear Up and Get Going Education:
A Diploma or GED gets you in the door.
Experience:
1 year of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
Physical Ability:
Stand, bend, twist, lift (up to) 50 lbs.
Teamwork:
Bring your best attitude and help keep the line running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Safety Follow all safety guidelines and actively participate in required safety training. Promote a safe work environment with a "See something, do something" mindset. Report safety incidents in accordance with company policy. Quality Maintain knowledge of product quality standards within assigned area. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report defects and take corrective action when necessary. Use hourly performance tracking tools to support achievement of quality goals. Productivity Understand production processes and productivity standards. Support adherence to equipment crewing and throughput standards. Use hourly tracking tools to ensure productivity goals are met. Teamwork Partner with the Shift Manager to plan staffing needs and provide updates on area and associate performance. Mentor employees on proper equipment operation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production flow. Train associates on safety, quality, and productivity standards, including hands-on demonstrations. Maintain clear communication through team huddles and regular updates with the Shift Manager.
