Production Supervisor:

• Team leadership for assigned team leaders and employees.
• Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders andemployees.
• Serve as liaison between employees and company.
• Ensure safe and issue free work environment.
• Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving andcontinuous improvement activity.

Your profile as a

Production Supervisor:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2-4+ years of related experience
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Associate Degree strongly preferred
• Strong Technical skills (CNC Programming, Trouble shooting, etc.).
• Understanding of Lean principles and responsibilities.
• Strong skills and work experience in lean manufacturing (ZFPS, TPS, 5S, Continuous improvement).
• Experience with SAP, MS Project, other project management and statistical analysis software.
