Quality Supervisor - Manufacturing Automation Personnel Services is seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor with strong leadership, sound judgment, and ownership of daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who can lead a team while also stepping in to support quality operations when needed.

Pay Rate A Shift:

$28.50/hour

B Shift:

$29.50/hour

Schedule and Hours A Shift:

6:15 AM - 5:00

PM B Shift:

5:00 PM - 6:15 AM Quality Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Balance hands-on work with active supervision: Assist with inspection, sorting, rework, containment, documentation, and line coverage while maintaining oversight of team quality and performance.

Lead and develop employees:

Train, coach, support, and hold team members accountable while maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.

Manage staffing and coverage:

Coordinate attendance, schedules, headcount, breaks, and line coverage. Address staffing gaps before they affect production. Quality Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment. Automotive manufacturing or quality experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
