Machine Shop Estimator / Administrator We are seeking a High-Energy, High-Integrity Machine Shop Estimator and Administrator to join our team in Roebuck, SC . Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

$70,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities Precision Estimating:

Generate accurate job quotes for complex CNC milling and lathe work.

Production Planning:

Coordinate shop schedules to ensure optimal machine utilization and on-time delivery.

Financial Administration:

Utilize QuickBooks to manage invoicing, track project costs, and monitor accounts.

Inventory & Procurement:

Monitor raw material stock levels, source specialty tooling, and manage vendor orders.

Logistics Tracking:

Ensure all outgoing deliveries are tracked and documented for customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications CNC Expertise:

Proven ability to read blueprints and understand the technical requirements of milling and lathe operations.

QuickBooks Proficiency:

Must have hands-on experience using QuickBooks for industrial invoicing and financial tracking.

Organizational Mastery:

Exceptional ability to multitask between administrative duties and shop-floor planning.

Character:
